Services

  • Carry-out functionality and quality inspections on all cabin finished goods to ensure compliance with customer expectations and requirements
  • Carry-out exterior paint inspection and paint parameters review to ensure paint quality meets airworthiness and customer requirements
  • Review all aircraft documentation including but not limited to Aircraft Manuals (AFM, FCOM, QRH, Cabin Handbook, Journey Log, Technical Log, Life Limited Items and Passenger briefing cards) applicability of Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives and provide feedback and/or recommendations to customer
  • Inspect and prepare itemized record of all aircraft Loose Equipment
  • Supervise final aircraft delivery acceptance activities including cold soak flight and final cabin and paint inspection
  • Review final snag resolution
  • Log any delivery open items (Outstanding Delivery Issues) and provide assistance with follow-up and final resolution with manufacturer
  • Acting as customer Liaison officer with manufacturer
